Strawberry Vinegar 250ml

Apples from local orchards are pressed to make cider then taken to the next stage – traditional cider vinegar, before being blended with strawberry juice (Cornish of course!) and a little sugar.

Drizzle neat over peppery salad leaves, blend with olive oil dressing for a dipping sauce with fresh crusty bread or (strange though it sounds) pour a dash over a rich creamy ice-cream.

Ingredients: Cornish cider vinegar, Cornish strawberry juice, sugar
