Raspberry Cider Vinegar 250ml

Apples from local orchards are pressed to make cider then taken to the next stage-traditional cider vinegar. Then Country Cordials blend it with Cornish raspberry juice and a little sugar.

Drizzle neat over peppery salad leaves, blend with olive oil dressing for a dipping sauce with fresh crusty bread or (strange though it sounds) pour a dash over a rich creamy ice cream.
